If you have reserved a room in our main Bicycle Street Inn building (your room type will start with a B) you will check in at our front desk in our main building across the street from Shepler’s Ferry dock. If you are in one of our Waterfront Collections (your room type will start with a W) you will check in at our Waterfront Collection South front desk located just 10 steps to the left of Shepler’s Ferry dock.

Our Bicycle Street Inn porters will bring your luggage to the hotel when you arrive on Mackinac Island. When you depart the island, our porters will take your belongings to the ferry dock and they will be shipped over to the mainland to await pickup. Leave the heavy lifting to us!
