Check in is 3:00 p.m. – Check out is 11:00 a.m.
Deposit Requirements
Guest must pay a 50% deposit at the time of booking.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment of deposit. Cash is also accepted for balance due at check in.
Cancellation Policy
Guest may cancel before 3pm, 14 days before arrival. $50 processing fee applies. Special events throughout the season may have their own cancellation and deposit policies. If you have any questions regarding our reservation or cancellation policy, please contact us at 855.560.8005.
Bicycle Street Inn & Suites and Waterfront Collection are smoke free and vape free by Michigan regulation. A $250 restoration fee will be charged for violation of this policy. Due to location, Bicycle Street Inn & Suites and Waterfront Collections do not allow pets.
